10 May 2014 Deposit TDS (& not TCS) in Form 26QB. Preferably Online. After 2-3 working days, register yourself at https://www.tdscpc.gov.in/app/login.xhtml as a tax payer. Fill in all the required details and you will be able to download Form No.16B.
