13 March 2017 Hi I'm a interior designer, providing designing and execution services. some times its both design and execution, sometimes its just design or just execution. so what are the taxes applicable and what kind of firm should i get registered.

13 March 2017 In case of Only Interior Design Service, you need to register under that category only. However, if you take the work of execution if i understand correctly what an execution mean in your language, meaning thereby you taken up the whole work of interior by contracting or sub contracting the workers or carpenters than, in that case, you also need to register under the Works Contract Service. I mean if you take the contract of exterior and interior work of the premises over and above just designing in that case you need to take registration under works contract also.
