05 January 2011 Leave travel concession u/s 10(5) is whether available to Directors of a company? Is LTC is covered under Sec 17(2)(iii) i.e,amenities or benefits provided to specified employees?

07 January 2011 LTC available to Director employee also if he/she is drawing salary. LTC also covered u/s.17(2)(iii). the specfied & non specified scheme not there now in Income tax
