Sir/madam,
In my view service provided by an doctor with his own clinical establishment to patients is exempt from tax but If a doctor provides service to patients in another hospital and receives payment from that hospital that is taxable service on which he needs to pay service tax. Is my view is correct or not? please explain with the relevant service tax provision/section and not GST.

Agreed with Raja.
He is providing medical services, no matter from his personal hoapital or some one else. So same is exempted.
