please use google "condominium " is a status "like AOP co etc, "person" but not accepted in india under income tax act nor it has any legal act controlling it

please use google "condominium " is a status "like AOP co etc, "person" but not accepted in india under income tax act nor it has any legal act controlling it. but people have started to form it in notion to avoid tax........which is PRACTICALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE.....hence i want to know if any one have come across such a situation and had taken steps
