Tax relief

28 September 2015 A has submitted his itr1 in August -2015 in which he has claimed tax relief u/s 89 ( 1 ) but he uploaded 10E late in September-2015. His itr1 has not been processed at CPC yet. What should he do now? Please suggest.

28 September 2015 Relief is claimed in ITR and 10E is uploaded in Sept. While processing the ITR, the same shall be given effect. Wait till it is processed.
