please provide information regarding applicable tax rates on dividends,lotteries and interest on securities(ay 2012-13)

1, interest on securities - to be included in total income at taxed at slab rates
2. lotteries - flat 30%. No basic exemption
3. Dividend - is exempt in the hands of the receiver except for deemed dividend.
