Dear Sir,
In audit cases for the AY 2013-14, whether it mandatory for an individual and partnership firm to deposit tax online
or
they can also deposit via paper challan and cash payment at bank branch.
Please clarify.

you can deposit via paper challan and cash payment also. There is no any restriction.
