16 March 2014 I want to be a start up for new kind of service business. I just want know how the tax implications. which one is better Prop, Partner or Comp? Service is about providing " what you want" for example a good mobile. we will help customer and charge. like that

16 March 2014 well if you are alone, then just start as a proprietor concern...no point in going for a company...partnership/LLP is viable only if there are partners.
