I want to know what is the rate of tax under maharashtra VAT Act on saree and designer sarees and also let me know under which schedule entry it falls. Its very urgent so please reply as soon as possible.

28 August 2016 Thanks but can you just specify for a dealer purchases sarees from out of maharashtra and being a fashion designer he does designing on it and sells in maharashtra or else where as per order.
