Sir, my father has small business of supplying Flex banner. He is vendor enlisted in a reputed company. Now he received his payment approx Rs. 2,30,000 /- within 2-3 months after deducting tds. All payments made through savings bank account(RTGS).Is there any income tax problem arise in future?
If so arise then which ITR is applicable for him?
Kindly help me.

You are advised to route all business transactions through current account and not through savings account.

In this case if I want to filling return then which ITR is applicable for it? As no books of accounts maintain by him
