13 January 2016 Sir, my father has small business of supplying Flex banner. He is vendor enlisted in a reputed company. Now he received his payment approx Rs. 2,30,000 /- within 2-3 months after deducting tds. All payments made through savings bank account(RTGS).Is there any income tax problem arise in future?
If so arise then which ITR is applicable for him?

Kindly help me.

14 January 2016 You are advised to route all business transactions through current account and not through savings account.
