30 March 2015 i Have work in India from 1st April 13 to 7th Feb 2014, after my transferred in Scotland unit and received salary in pound. i.e up to March 14 is Pound 5,000/- in Scotland their is not deduction of any tax .

can i will be liable to pay income tax in scotland income .

My Indian income is around 7 Lakh.

30 March 2015 for fy 13-14 you are resident and as per sec 6 of income tax act 1961 foriegn income of resident is taxable in india.

30 March 2015 Yes since you are resident i already said that foriegn income is taxable for resident

30 March 2015 Can i file ITR 1 for Filling return , total income around 12 Lakh. (including out of India ). Thanks in advance

30 March 2015 if the income consist of salary only but any of component of salary is more the 5000 eligible for exemption u/s 10 then file itr2 else file itr.

31 March 2015 Sir , for filling ITR which exchange rate i will be used to Convert pound to INR .

i ITR salary income should be in INR Only .

31 March 2015 which rate of Tax i will be used for payment of Indian Income Tax , if i apply normal rate it is 20% to 30% .
due to my Indian income around 8 lakh .

my view or calculation are right

31 March 2015 have you check dtaa and sec 91/91A is applicable in your case?
