Please tell me that wether thre is any difference in case on purchse of new house or old house in terms of Service tax, VAT & TDS.

11 April 2014 I mean if I purchase New house ST, TDS & VAT will be applicable right.

Now my question is If I puchase used (second Hand) house than also these all taxes are applicable?

11 April 2014 on purchase there is no service tax at all and vat will be applicable depending in which state u live and what is the vate sturcture in such case......tds u need to deduct while u make payment even in case of 2nd hand house....

11 April 2014 actually that is applicable to service provider i.e to builder so ur reimbursimg him...u dont have to directly pay that....in your total amount u wil pay to him...
