Tax exemption on donation

03 December 2014 I am a parter in a partner ship firm. I would like to know that if I donate money to an institution, which is registered under wakf board and also registered under section 12AA of income act, the money donated is tax exempted as per IT act ?

03 December 2014 then u need to get a certficate u/s 80G from the trust and also their pan no.
