02 October 2010 if tax deducted from gratuity payment remitted to tax department after one month what will happen, e.g. gratuity bill prepared on 1st sep-2010 and paid to the beneficiary, tax deducted from the bill remitted to the tax dept. on 1st oct-2010. the tax amount the Rs.40000/-
