Our Company"s ERP connectivity is through the Telecommunication Service provider , where we use their line to transport information data , for that they charge Fixed amount annually with Service tax.
Should there be any tax deduction on it ,
1) As technical service
2) Can be taken as simple Internet Charges as in case of other internet connection of the office.
