Tax credit found in 26AS

Dear all experts
I found in my 26AS statement that there is tax credit of Rs:50000/- it is TDS on Commission infact i have not received any commission atall someone has made TDS in my name eventhou i have not received any commission what i have to do? whether the AO add that commission to my total income on the basic of tax credit found in my 26AS
how to convince the AO that it is not my income whether i have to file a complient against the person who as made TDS on my name , Kindly let me know

Very intersting case. You can write a letter to your Jurisdictional A.O stating therein the true position before any action is taken.
In your case the assessing officer will not be able to make addition u/s 143(1). The A.O will have to take recource u/s 143(2)or 154 to make addition, in which case you will get opportunity of being heard and explain about and prove your actual income.
