Yes, you can claim TDS refund for AY 2012-13 and AY 2013-14, provided:
You have filed your Income Tax Return (ITR) for those years.
The TDS credited in your Form 26AS (TDS statement) is more than your actual tax liability.
You have proof of the TDS deduction (Form 16/16A or Form 26AS).
You have filed your Income Tax Return (ITR) for those years.
The TDS credited in your Form 26AS (TDS statement) is more than your actual tax liability.
You have proof of the TDS deduction (Form 16/16A or Form 26AS).
