The new tax code is coming into effect from 1.4.2010... So, for May 2010/Nov 2010(any of these exams) will the Income Tax Act,1961 be applicable or the new Tax Code?? Please solve this..

Income Tax Act,1961 Applicable for may and nov.2010 attempts. Direct Tax Code Proposed to Be Applicable from 1st April,2011.
