Dear Experts
Kindly guide me in the following issues:
1) Now I have more than 45 Audits (45 audits u/s44AB (above Rs.1 crore) and other audits,say u/s 44AD which is to be audited as per the provision of u/s 44AB (Below Rs.1 crore).Say total no.of audit is 70.(44AB+44AD)
2.Can I do all the above audits?Will the I-Tax site accept all and will not show error after 45 audits?

Sec 44AD audit is not to be counted for counting 45 tax audit.

Sir,I know 44AD Audits r not included for counting 45 audits.My query is:-
1) For example,I have uploaded 30 audits (above Rs.1 crore (44AB))+15 audits (below Rs.1 crore (44AD)).Now I have exhausted 45 audits.
2) Now I have to upload another 15 Audits u/s 44AB (above 1 crore,because I have not crossed the limit).Can I-Tax website accepts the uploading of these audits which was showing error earlier.Pl.clarify.

yes in this case they will upload as 30+15=45 tax audit u/s 44AB only will be counted.
