16 November 2012 Dear Sir,

I have a query reagrding the latest notification in Income Tax Site relating to the E filing of Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing Report by a CA on IT E filing web site.

Regarding above I have confusion about the applicability of the same in current year as the notification is not clear about the applicability of latest feature in current year or future years. I request you to kindly clear my doubt and let me know the the applicability provision of the same.

16 November 2012 In my openion, it is not applicable for current year as the due dates for submission of forms have already lapsed.
It will be applicable from the date on which the website of incometax is open for registration of CAa
