If a person with same name has two business firm and total turnover of both the firm is 1 crore 2 lakhs does the TAX audit is applicable to him.

Turnover limit has been prescribed qua-assessee. Means, Total Turnover of all the firms of the assessee, whether carrying on same business or not, is taken into consideration for the purpose of deciding the applicability of Section 44AB. .
