28 September 2015 My client has converted pvt ltd company into llp also closed bank account of pvt ltd company... but there is refund in pvt ltd company now can I Quote llp bank account details for refund

28 September 2015 Let the private limited company file the return and claim refund.

28 September 2015 pvt ltd company merged into llp... there is tax audit of that pvt ltd company... but bank account of pvt ltd is already closed and new bank account of llp is opened.
in this situation can i submit details of llp bank account for the refund of pvt ltd company?

28 September 2015 No. That is not allowed. Apply separately for the permission to the concerned jurisdictional Assessing Officer for claiming TDS of pvt ltd company in the return of LLP.
