if the turn over is 1100000 but in this 9000000 is service portion and only 2000000 is sale portion, whether tax audit is to be conduct or not.

20 March 2015 then no tax audit is applicable as for sale of product the turnover has to be more then 1 crore and for servcie portion must be 25 lakhs

20 March 2015 no u cannot combine for tax audit applicability u/s 44ab even if ur both trader and service provider then it needs to be seen seperately
