We have export firm. We have agent in Europe. We wish to pay commission to agent. Question is
How can we pay commission ?
Which documents require from agent ?
How much taxes (services tax), we have to deduct and how pay ?

2 Invoice and agreement required from agent.
3 No service tax payable as service rendered out side taxable territory.
No TDS applicable for service rendered by non resident out side India.
