In case you have wrongly written while making the payment to the Govt.- you may get it rectified through bank within 15 days.

dear sir i field my return 19 july 2012, and according to urs its last option to contact to AO.
and i filled all the correct data of challan for a.y.11-12 then how can are wrongly credit in a.y.12-13

You contact your bank and show the copy of 26AS that you have paid for 2011-12 but you have wrongly shown as 2012-13 so kindly correct it and send the information online to IT Dept. Anyhow, you have to ledge the written complain and I am sure the bank will not do it so it is better you take the challan as you have correctly filled it to the AO who has power to correct the mistake.
