24 February 2015 Dear experts... Pls advise me on the following... My uncle (aged 65 yrs) has purchased a house property at Hyderabad for Rs.26 lacs which has the registered value of Rs.15 lacs for this purpose he approached a bank for loan and the loan application was rejected on the grounds of non furnishing of IT returns and he settled same in cash. He had PAN card but never filed a IT return till now being a illiterate. Agriculture is the main source of income plus he is the dealer of Civil Supplies shop at village. Now he wants to register the house on his spouse's name but the register not registered the same on spouse name stating that
