Please solve my problem.
Paint Factory in Bhiwadi, Paint is being manufacturing,
Q1 Is paint is Exciseable Product ?
If Yeas,
Q2 Is any Limitation to Stock Transfer to Another Branch office like Delhi / Sale without Registration of Excise. How Much can we sale without excise Registration?

Yes liable. exemption upt Rs. 150 lakhs if unbranded or own brand under not 8/ 2007. Paints are on MRP basis therefore value as per MRP less abatement tobe considered.
