Transfer of property in the form of gift is tax free provided the property transferred under gift is to RELATIVE ... here relative has been defined under section 2(41) .... any amount or property transferred w.r.t individual to a relative is tax free ... if you can be more specific with your question may be i can help you better ... transfer of property from whom to whom ....
