13 May 2015 We have applied online for obtaining TAN using form 49B and deposited the amount of Rs. 62 online using credit card. but after depositing the same, no acknowledgement was generated instead this message was shown 'Site is under maintenance'. Sir as no acknowledgement is generated, we are not able to send this to NSDL. what to do now???

13 May 2015 If your credit card payment was successfully made you may call nsdl helpline numbers given on NSDL website or mail with complete details at tininfo@nsdl.co.in. They will tell you whether your TAN application was submitted or not.
