I've file e.g.10001 in data folder but when I opened tallyerp9, it displays 'no company on disk' plz guide me what to do?

04 February 2014 PLS CHECK THAT YOU ARE OPEN CORRECT DATA FOLDER AND ALSO IT IS DATE FILE NOT THE BACKUP OF FILE.

07 February 2014 it is correct file. For e.g. I have folder name ABC in tally erp9. In ABC, I have three folders suppose 10000, 10001. When I opened ABC in erp, it displays only company 10000 and company 10001 not display on screen. I have taken lots of efforts on 10001, plz guide in deep
