Point No 1:Can we lock past tally entries say 01.04.2009 to 31.01.2010?
What I mean these 10 months accounting should not get modified in any case?
Like back dated entries can't be modified.
Please help.

Ponit No.1 It is possible even you can restrict up to yester day
you can go security control and in security types you can make back dated vouchers days mention the days excatly mataching your period and diable the voucher alter options
