how to delete a co in tally 5.4

take following step
open the co + alter co. + delete
open the co + alter co. + delete

First you be sure no entries and no ledgers are there in the particualr company and open company. and go to company info and alter and you the alt+D it will ask yes or no give yes and the company will be deleted
