i am giving my material of cloth thread button etc etc to a tailor to make tshirts jeans etc...no excise payable on it since it is export so it is exempt..will i be liable to pay service tax? or my tailor? or none of us?

Textile processing is not subject to service tax and hence service tax should not apply.
