(input Swachh Bharat)
Any one can tell me The Input Swachh Bharat Cess 0.5% of (Service Tax) can be availed as cenvat credit ?
If No. Please tell me the accounting treatment ?

No credit is available for Swatch Bharat Cess. Further Swatch Bharat Cess would be an treated as an expense.

SBC is not integrated in cenvat Credit Chain. SBC paid on Input services cannot be availed as CENVAT CREDIT. It cannot be paid by utilising the credit of any other duty or tax.
