if at the time of deposit service tax swach bharat cess was not deposited under seprate head then is there any consequences?? if yes please tell me.

Swach Bharat Cess should be deposited under separate head 00441493 and the consequences are same as in the case of service tax.

Swatch Bharat Cess has a separate accounting head 00441493. Swatch Bharat Cess is non CENVAT able, i.e one cannot claim Input Credit for the Swatch Bharat Cess paid. Payments of Service Tax are supposed to be made under the correct heads, but if the accounting head is wrong and the right rate of duty paid, the department generally ignores the mistake and no steps are taken.
Technically, the assessee is supposed to write to Accounts Officer through the range Superintendent of Service Tax / Central Excise to rectify the mistake and transfer the duty to the correct accounting head.
My personal opinion is the same should be done in this case, and the amount paid as duty should be transferred to Swarch Bharat Cess to the extent applicable.
