21 February 2014 How to surrender a pan of a partnership firm, when it is the only PAN issued?

21 February 2014 such PAN can be surrendered only through a request to AO. Such request will be accepted only where AO is satisfied that the firm has been dissolved and the due taxes have been paid

21 February 2014 yes u need to prove on paper that firms is disolved before ao and then only he will accept urrequest.
