1.A Partnership Firm liable to Tax Audit have TAN but never deducted the TDS and now want to surrender the same.
How the Tan can be surrendered.

01 May 2009 If the firm likes so, inform the TAN issuing authority to deactivate the number with a copy to the jurisdictional assessing officer as well as to the TDS officer.
