what are the procedure of surrender a service tax registration certificate, can it is to be surrendered through online mode if yes what is the procedure

yes. It is to be surrendered thro online. ACES.GOV.in. After cancelling the RC, surrender the print out to the range superintendent and get his dated acknowledgement for your records.
