Surrender of Pan Card

Sir I m having two Pan Card & I Want to surrender on of the same. I want to know the procedure for the same and whether any liability of penalty attract to this ?

You can file 49A (Request for New PAN card or/and Changes or correction in PAN Data) along with the original PAN card which you want to surrender.
