25 December 2011 Dear All,

I have already applied for COP and its been updated in my online Status as am a COP holder but I have not yet received letter from Institute. Now I have changed my plans and joined industry. Can anyone tell me the procedure for the surrender of COP?

25 December 2011 And one more. I have done my Chartered Accountancy Course in Central Zone but now I shifted to western Zone. and I registered as for COP in WIRC.Where should I correspond for the surrender of my COP?

22 January 2012 when u didnt recv COP and u saw it shows holding COP why didn't u contact ICAI.

ask same question in eSahaayata. while holding COP you r doing Job whihc is voilation of CA Act and prof ethics. contact ICAI ASAP if they get to know this you will be the sufferer.

Anyways I got the COP from the institute and I have already send a letter to Institute for the surrender of COP so my Status is shown as non COP Holder. What further should I Do? Shall I need to send back that certificate?
