Surrender of cop


22 November 2013 If a CA having COP and he is working with the existing practioner CA, and he is getting professional fees not salary, whether the CA has to surrender the COP or not.
And whether any concept of full time practicing CA and part time practicing CA. If yes can anybody give info on that.
Plz answer my query asap..

23 November 2013 doesn't matter friend. I can very well work with a practicing CA on professional fee and continue to hold COP.

Other practicing CAs can verify or correct me.
