Hi,
we are purposing to give transport allowance maximum 800/pm and Rs.5000 as a fixed conveyance allowance to our employees.
Do the employees need to show any document to employer every month to show that amount spent on offcial purpose only or letter on plane paper given by employee is suficient to make it exempted.
