Pls clarify :- can we issue goods to buyer by delivery challan when we have to issue tax invoice?

You ll be give Tax invoice at time of Delivery....
Delivery challan is not available in GST. The DC is using just before E-Way bill implements. Tax invoice is must for Selling Goods in GST Regime.
