04 July 2014 It means if the service provider issues a invoice ,not showing the amount of service tax seperately then it shall be concluded that the total amount of invoice is inclusive of service tax.

05 July 2014 you cannot take the service tax credit. as per act it is necessary with service tax registration number and machining number of invoices.
