sum collected to be regarded as inclusive of service tax if invoice does not show the service tax separately.

It means if the service provider issues a invoice ,not showing the amount of service tax seperately then it shall be concluded that the total amount of invoice is inclusive of service tax.

you cannot take the service tax credit. as per act it is necessary with service tax registration number and machining number of invoices.
