have it possible that ,can we filled all the returns of Gstr1 1,2,3 through the Tally software directly.

The tally software create Excel file not JSON format.
So, You can export the Excel file and upload it "GST Offline Tool" then generate JSON FORMAT after fine it in GSTN portal....
