how the return will be treated if i submit the acknowledgment after 120 days from filling of return?

It has been observed that CPC has extended the period of 120 days in the past also. So, if you send, the same may be accepted. The return is valid only after CPC issues receipt of the same.

Normally it will be treated as 'no return' filed case unless the date of submission is extended.
