what are the option for return proceed when online I.T. Return filed without digital singn but not send in 120 days ? any alternative way for return proceed

Normally the timeperiod has been extended several times. So, keep on sending 1 ITRV every month or wait for the CPC notification.

If the return is of AY 2012-13 or 2013-14 and there is a refund claim in it, you can file manually also.
