Whether Form 15G & 15H to be submitted to respective Commissioner of Income Tax applicable to branch or applicable to bank as whole?

IN CASE THE BRANCH IS HAVING SEPARATE TAN,
IT HAS TO SUBMIT THE FORMS WITH THE JURISDICTIONAL AO/CIT.

IN OTHER CASES IT MAY BE SUBMITTED TO THE CIT'S OFFICE HAVING JURISDICTION OVER THE HO OF THE BANK.
