sir. actually the question is sub contractors provided service to university work auditorium interior works sub contractor is liable to pay service tax or exemption in which notification pl provide info

If main contractor is not exempted from service tax then sub contractor is liable for service tax.

sir main contractor exempted from service tax now subcontractor liable to payable r not
07 December 2015
If main contractor is exempted from service tax sub contrator is also exempted.
